These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cljmediagroup.com and the services provided by CLJ Media Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
CLJ Media Group provides photography, videography, video editing, branding, social media content, website development, and related creative services in the Greater Houston area. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in your booking or a separate agreement.
Booking & Payment
To reserve a date or begin a project, a retainer (typically 50% of the total, unless otherwise agreed) is required. The remaining balance is due as stated in your booking confirmation or before final delivery. Payments may be made through the methods offered at checkout or by invoice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers reserve your date and are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you based on availability. Cancellation and refund details are described in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property & Image Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CLJ Media Group retains copyright in all photographs and video we create. Upon full payment, you receive a personal or business usage license for the delivered files as described in your package. We may display work we create in our portfolio, website, and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, secure any required permissions or venue access, and cooperate as reasonably needed for us to deliver the services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLJ Media Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, equipment failure, weather, or venue issues; in such cases we will work with you to reschedule or find a fair resolution.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services means you accept the current version.
