This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services and products from CLJ Media Group. By booking with us or purchasing through cljmediagroup.com, you agree to this policy.
Retainers & Deposits
A retainer is required to reserve your date or begin a project. Because booking your date means turning away other work, retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled date, any amount you have paid beyond the non-refundable retainer will be refunded. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable, as the date and resources have already been reserved for you.
Rescheduling
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to move your date based on availability, applying your retainer to the new date.
Digital Products & Downloads
Digital products, downloads, and delivered files are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by law.
Completed Work
Payments for services already performed or delivered are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, contact us and we will work in good faith toward a fair resolution.
